Inventory
AssetSYSTEM allows to graphically manage, over a geographic area, industry facilities and structures which are part of the inventory that defines the company.
It is possible to sort all assets in a list and consult the alphanumeric information associated with them.
The platform stores historic changes, current status and change information pending validation of all items in the inventory.
Incidence Management
Infrastructure will need recurring maintenance; there are also incidents that affect these maintenances. Both maintenance and incidents generate work orders that highlight the actions required on certain elements.
AssetSystem allows to manage each incidence either alone or related with other incidences: each incidence can be related to its corresponding actions and repercussions or they can be viewed and filtered to manage what happened in a determined period of time.
Work Orders
AssetSystem allows to comprehensively manage all actions related to work orders, from planning though certifying.
Planning: with the objective of sizing, adjusting the costs of the operation to the real needs and managing the work, the annual, monthly, weekly and daily planning of the tasks is carried out. This planning, once executed, will give rise to work notifications.
Work Notification: define what activities have been carried out, by whom, where and when.
Work Certificate: information allows to verify committed hours and justify extra work. Each contract has its related historic of certifications, which enables to manage all activities, personal involved, cost and payments.
Geomarketing
The solution provides tools to analyze, treat and share data related to a geographic area, avoiding its duplication and facilitating decision making within an organization.
Commercial and logistic related decisions can be improved using georeferenced information and variables, such as businesses’ locations, potential clients’ areas of interest, etc.
Other System Integration
AssetSystem allows to connect with multiple data sources and warehouses, as well as other systems (sensors, management systems, GIS, GMAO, CMDB, etc.), and can manage all data received and carry out actions to manipulate the information in real time.

Enhance Reality VR
AssetSystem offers an enhance reality module for tablets and mobile devices, which can be useful to increase efficiency and lower costs. This module allows to reduce survey-related actions, register and localize each asset / structure, facilitating engineering field work and surveying.
- View the position and identify the name of an asset. This will be shown superimposed on the image captured by the camera.
- Click on an item to access its detail information.
- View the position of elements in a certain radio on the radar component.
- Define the distance over which objects can be seen.

DESCRIPTION
AssetSystem for road management has all required functionalities, which are adapted to client’s needs. AssetSystem has a web portal with a mobile component, which can be accessed through a tablet or a computer. It allows to manage all associated elements assigned to each sector or geographic division, so each user has only access to the information defined by its roles based on the contract; while the client (which is Dirección General de Carreteras) has a complete view of the state and condition of road structure and road signs / features, allowing to manage the status of contract or request and control the quality of provided services.
