In this sense, the main objective of the HAMELIN proposal is twofold: (I) to define a corrective restoration action for the ecosystem affected by the blackfly plague (Simulium trifasciatum); (II) provide three efficient mechanisms (IDSSP, SATP and STAPC systems) to engage those responsible for the protection services of this ecosystem.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]For these tasks we propose the use of a combination of specific technologies (unmanned decision support vehicles, UDSV) together with environmental information collection and management systems (OKO multimedia system, satellite imagery, atmospheric and oceanographic data series).[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/2″][vc_single_image image=\u00bb13495″ img_size=\u00bbfull\u00bb][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In particular, three systems are envisaged: a climatic information collection and analysis system (STAPC), an early warning system (SATP) and a decision support system (IDSSP) that prevents the indiscriminate use of pesticides.
